Private limited company.

Incorporation paperwork for a company with shareholders and directors.

Scope before commitment Requirements explained
01 / THE BIG PICTURE

The right support.
With the details in view.

Give a growing venture a separate company identity, with ownership recorded through shares and management through directors. We help organise the incorporation brief, constitutional documents and linked applications, while checking the practical consequences for funding, governance and recurring filings before the founders sign.

First, establish what applies

Entity formation, tax registrations and optional recognition schemes are different steps. Udyam and Startup India recognition do not replace incorporation or operating licences.

What the scoped work can cover

  • Reviewed incorporation and constitutional document set
  • Application references and authority communications
  • Certificate and linked allotment records, if issued
02 / GET READY

The documents.
A clearer starting point.

Use this as a preparation list for the initial review. The final checklist is confirmed against the applicant, service route, location and current authority requirements.

  1. 01

PAN and identity proof of proposed Indian subscribers or partners

  2. 02

Current residential address proof and contact details of proposed signatories

  3. 03

Registered office ownership document or rent agreement

  4. 04

Owner’s consent and recent utility evidence for the proposed office

  5. 05

Proposed company names, business objects and shareholding allocation

  6. 06

Director consents and subscriber declarations required for incorporation

Share sensitive records only through an agreed secure channel after the engagement is confirmed. Do not send passwords, OTPs or signing keys.

03 / HOW IT MOVES FORWARD

One step.
Then the next.

A clear sequence, with room to resolve the details that are specific to your business.

  1. 01

    Define ownership

Confirm the proposed directors, subscribers, capital and business objects.

  2. 02

    Prepare the incorporation set

Review name options, office evidence and the memorandum and articles.

  3. 03

    Review and submit

Arrange applicant signatures and professional certification for applicable MCA forms.

  4. 04

    Set up company records

Review the incorporation outcome and prepare the first compliance action list.

Scope, fees and timing are agreed after review. Document readiness, professional review and any authority queries affect the schedule. Statutory charges, testing, execution and other third-party costs are identified where relevant.

04 / BEYOND THIS STEP

Keep the next
responsibility in view.

Plan the bank account, subscription money, commencement review, auditor appointment and statutory records, then assess GST, employment and industry licences separately.

05 / A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Useful answers.

01Does incorporation protect the brand name?+

Company name approval and trademark protection are separate. Review trademark availability before investing in the brand.

02Can the registered office be rented?+

A rented address may be used with appropriate occupancy evidence and owner consent; the documentation must match the actual arrangement.

03Does a company with no sales still need filings?+

Yes. Financial reporting, governance and annual filing obligations may continue even before revenue begins.
