DPIIT / Startup India recognition.
Review eligibility and documentation for the startup’s own recognition application through the official route.
The right support.
With the details in view.
Prepare a clear case for startup recognition by reviewing the entity, its activities and evidence of innovation or improvement. We help organise the recognition brief and supporting material. The startup submits its own application on NSWS using its own contact details, in line with Startup India’s official guidance.
First, establish what applies
Entity formation, tax registrations and optional recognition schemes are different steps. Udyam and Startup India recognition do not replace incorporation or operating licences.

- 02
Build the evidence brief

- 04
Applicant self-submission
The startup uses its own NSWS account and handles declarations and official communications.
Scope, fees and timing are agreed after review. Document readiness, professional review and any authority queries affect the schedule. Statutory charges, testing, execution and other third-party costs are identified where relevant.
Keep the next
responsibility in view.
Preserve the application evidence and review each incentive separately; recognition does not replace incorporation, tax filings, operating licences or a scheme’s additional approval.
