Company annual filings.

Scope before commitment Requirements explained
01 / THE BIG PICTURE

The right support.
With the details in view.

Plan annual company reporting from the approved financial statements and corporate records, rather than treating it as an isolated upload. We review the company category, reporting year and meeting position, then organise the relevant financial-statement and annual-return forms, attachments and signing or certification dependencies.

First, establish what applies

Company, LLP and proprietorship obligations differ. Filing requirements can continue even when a company or LLP has no revenue; audit and governance rules must be assessed separately.

What the scoped work can cover

  • Company-specific annual filing calendar and data checklist
  • Reviewed annual forms and supporting attachment set
  • Filed copies, SRNs and payment/acknowledgement records
02 / GET READY

The documents.
A clearer starting point.

Use this as a preparation list for the initial review. The final checklist is confirmed against the applicant, service route, location and current authority requirements.

  1. 01

CIN, company category and prior filing acknowledgements

  2. 02

Approved financial statements, notes and auditor’s report

  3. 03

Board report and meeting/approval records as applicable

  4. 04

Shareholding, director and key management details for the year

  5. 05

Registered office, indebtedness and other annual-return data

  6. 06

Signer authorisations and valid DSC readiness

Share sensitive records only through an agreed secure channel after the engagement is confirmed. Do not send passwords, OTPs or signing keys.

03 / HOW IT MOVES FORWARD

One step.
Then the next.

A clear sequence, with room to resolve the details that are specific to your business.

  1. 01

    Map annual requirements

Check the company category, financial year, meetings and pending periods.

  2. 02

    Reconcile company records

Align the accounts with ownership, director and statutory register information.

  3. 03

    Prepare annual forms

Review the relevant AOC/MGT or other applicable forms and attachments.

  4. 04

    Sign, file and preserve

Coordinate authorised signatures/certification, fee payment and acknowledgement retention.

Scope, fees and timing are agreed after review. Document readiness, professional review and any authority queries affect the schedule. Statutory charges, testing, execution and other third-party costs are identified where relevant.

04 / BEYOND THIS STEP

Keep the next
responsibility in view.

Keep approved accounts and filed copies together, reconcile any resubmission and use the final records to update the next-year compliance calendar.

05 / A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Useful answers.

01Does no turnover remove the annual filing requirement?+

No. A company can have reporting obligations even without commercial activity.

02Does annual filing include the income-tax return?+

No. MCA annual reporting and income-tax filing are separate workstreams.

03Is the same annual-return form used by every company?+

No. The company category and current rules determine the relevant form and signing/certification requirements.
